Key Responsibilities:

\- Collaborate with project teams to develop creative and practical architectural design solutions.

\- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

\- Ensure designs meet local building codes, zoning regulations, and project specifications.

\- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

\- Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and solutions.

\- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

\- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects.

Qualifications:

\- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

\- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a maximum of 20 years.

\- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software; familiarity with BIM tools is a plus.

\- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.

\- Excellent design, visualization, and problem-solving skills.

\- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.

\- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
