Your Role: Lead, Coordinate, Deliver
As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be the bridge between creativity and execution. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing internal design teams and external partners, while ensuring deliverables are met with the highest quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Oversee 3–4 active projects at a time from schematic design to construction closeout, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality targets are achieved.
Team & Client Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors—scheduling meetings, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment across teams.
Technical Oversight: Guide the production of detailed Revit-based construction documents; review drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Design Collaboration: Provide input on design development to maintain the project vision while balancing constructability and client goals.
Construction Administration: Support field coordination, respond to RFIs, review submittals, and attend site visits to monitor progress and quality.
Quality & Risk Management: Maintain documentation protocols and ensure projects meet firm standards, building codes, and jurisdictional requirements.
What You Bring to the Table
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with a strong track record managing complex projects in sectors such as:
Entertainment & Theme Parks
Luxury Hospitality
Retail & Mixed-Use Developments
Food & Beverage / Restaurants
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Revit required; familiarity with Bluebeam, MS Office, and project management software is a plus.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative and deadline-driven work environment.
Communication Skills: Confident in client presentations, consultant coordination, and internal design critiques.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
