We are seeking a Civil Site Development Project Manager to steer high-impact projects from initial concept through ribbon-cutting. Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Stewardship: Lead and innovate across multiple concurrent site development projects, taking full ownership of scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure technical and financial success.

• Infrastructure Design Leadership: Architect comprehensive water, sewer, and storm drainage systems that support large-scale residential and commercial developments.

• Client Advocacy & Consultation: Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor, translating client visions into actionable engineering realities through clear communication and business acumen.

• Team Mentorship: Inspire and direct a dedicated team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of professional excellence and continuous learning.

• Regulatory & Technical Authority: Navigate complex permitting processes and ensure all site plans and infrastructure designs comply with rigorous local and state standards.

• Advanced Technical Execution: Oversee the production of high-fidelity site plans, ensuring seamless integration of grading, utilities, and paving within the project environment.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Licensure: Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.

• Experience: 5+ years of proven expertise in civil site design and project management.

• Technical Proficiency: Professional command of AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• Sector Expertise: Strong background in private-sector residential community design and commercial site planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Leadership: Experience developing complex project proposals and managing multidisciplinary project teams.

• Regional Knowledge: Specific experience with Georgia environmental regulations and Savannah-area municipal standards.

• Strategic Planning: Proven ability to identify project risks early and implement innovative mitigation strategies.
