Core Responsibilities

• Steer Project Execution: Manage the seamless flow of critical project documentation during the construction phase of complex projects, including Submittals, RFIs, Proposal Requests, ASIs, and contracts.

• Integrate Collaborative Solutions: Coordinate high-level solutions across multidisciplinary team members, consultants, and contractors to proactively resolve on-site challenges.

• Safeguard Design Intent: Execute meticulous reviews of submittals and provide vigilant project oversight to ensure contractors adhere strictly to the intent of the construction contract.

• Drive Financial Accuracy: Review, validate, and approve contractor pay applications to maintain project financial integrity and momentum.

• Cultivate Industry Partnerships: Represent the firm with a highly professional presence, serving as the primary liaison in front of clients, contractors, and consultants.

• Orchestrate On-Site Success: Travel to jobsites throughout the Central Texas region (and occasionally beyond) to verify construction quality, materials, and trade execution.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in an architectural, engineering, or construction-related position.

• Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge of construction materials, building trades, and associated products, alongside deep expertise in navigating AIA documents.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional detail orientation, understanding of time-sensitive deliverables, the ability to expertly handle multiple concurrent projects, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field highly preferred.

• Advanced Tooling: Working knowledge and proficiency in Newforma project management software.
