    Role Overview:
    As a Design Engineer, you will apply your civil and/or architectural design knowledge to create construction drawings and provide continuous professional support throughout the construction process. Working under the supervision of Principals and Project Managers, you will take on responsibilities that grow with experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform engineering calculations and use related computer applications.
    • Design portions of large projects or oversee the design of smaller projects.
    • Develop construction detailing for BIM and CAD implementation.
    • Review and edit project specifications.
    • Assist with structural assessments and investigations in the field.
    • Support Construction Administration services, including shop drawing reviews, responding to construction issues, and site observations.
    • Collaborate with clients, enforcement agencies, vendors, and other consultants.
    • Address comments from building departments or other enforcement agencies.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • BS in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Structural emphasis) from an accredited university.
    • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
    • Professional experience preferred but not required.
    • Strong communication skills.

    Travel Requirements:
    Travel is anticipated between 0-10%.

    Estimated Starting Salary Range:
    $75,000.00 to $110,000.00
