Entry-Level Electrical Engineer | Nashville, TN | Early-Career (EIT Preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level Electrical Engineer to join a growing engineering team in Nashville, TN. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional pursuing licensure. You will support the design and documentation of electrical systems for diverse commercial and institutional projects while building experience toward becoming a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the design of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and fire alarm systems

• Contribute to construction documents, calculations, and code compliance reviews

• Support coordination with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders

• Participate in site visits, submittal reviews, and design meetings

• Learn from and collaborate with senior engineers while progressing toward licensure

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• 0–3 years of experience (internship or entry-level role in electrical design preferred)

• EIT/FE certification preferred (or ability to obtain in near term)

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit

• Strong interest in commercial construction design (healthcare, retail, education, or mixed-use projects a plus)

• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
