Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the construction administration process for all LTY projects.
Develop and maintain inspection workflows across all phases of the project life cycle.
Act as a primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal project teams during construction.
Maintain a comprehensive inspection schedule in coordination with architects and contractors.
Conduct field inspections and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Monitor and respond to RFIs and change proposal requests during construction.
Collaborate with Principals and Project Managers to uphold LTY’s standards and project specifications.
Review and interpret specifications, shop drawings, and construction documents.
Make informed construction-related decisions as necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in an MEP construction or consulting environment.
Strong field project management experience, preferably within an MEP consulting firm.
In-depth ability to read and interpret MEP construction documents and specifications.
Working knowledge of relevant building codes.
Proficiency in construction practices for:
Electrical systems: Power distribution, lighting, data networks, fire alarm, security, intercom, access control.
Mechanical systems: HVAC, temperature controls.
Plumbing systems: Domestic water, sanitary and storm systems, gas and compressed air distribution, fire sprinklers.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative work style.
