Luxus+ is a consulting and recruitment firm specializing in hiring for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industries.
We are eager to onboard the right person, for the pivotal role of Recruitment Coordinator, and have them join our committed team. This person will play a significant part in identifying and marketing to exceptional talent in the Architecture, Engineering Construction industries. Building and maintaining professional relationships with high preforming individuals within the AEC industry is one of our priorities at Luxus+.
In this Role, You Will:
- Consult with the recruitment team and our clients to discover hiring requirements and job objectives specific to each contracted role.
- Assist in the creation of recruitment marketing campaigns specific to each role.
- Write and post job descriptions in our database and to multiple career websites.
- Connect with potential candidates by using databases, software, and social media.
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters.
- By screening and talking with potential candidates, help to build a solid and consistent talent pool of qualified candidates, both active and passive.
- Schedule interviews: phone screens, video conferencing, requesting work samples, presentations, and onsite interviews.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to take the initiative, ownership, and prioritize work without direction
- Previous ATS experience is a plus+
- Resilient and persistent in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Coachable - teamwork focused
- Intermediate level of experience with various computer programs and software

Not an HR Role - This is a recruitment support position. Persons will coordinate the sourcing of candidates, set up marketing campaigns, and perform candidate qualifying screens. The advancement path for this role is the transition into a Recruiter and Business Development professional.
