    We have partnered with an award-winning architecture and interior design firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA, with global project expertise. They are looking for a talented and experienced Project Architect and Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to join their multi-family studio in Tampa, Florida.

    You Will:

    • Develop concepts based on given criteria; use feedback to modify designs
    • Produce sets of production documents in both design development and construction documentation phases
    • Increase required technical and functional skills in related technologies, which may include Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit, Rhino, Enscape, Sketchup, and other 3D modeling and rendering programs
    • Act as a project manager for small and medium projects or teams
    • Develop relationships and interact with clients
    • Communicate with client agents, subcontractors, and consultants
    • Participate in professional development activities and initiatives, both inside and outside the firm
    • Build and maintain a network of connections within the industry; attend events central to the firm’s strengths and goals
    • Mentor and develop team members

    You Have:

    • A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
    • 8-12 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in the design of multi-family residential projects
    • Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Rhino, 3D modeling and rendering programs, and experience in Revit is of particular importance
    • Knowledge of materials, project design, and preparation of construction documents
    • Experience in all conventional aspects of architecture
    • Experience in all phases and aspects of a project
    • Required: Architectural license/registration
    • Optional: Active NCARB record
