The Architectural Quality Team seeks an experienced architect to lead corporate initiatives in elevating technical standards. This role involves integrating personal and firm-wide technical expertise to establish high-quality standards for architectural design and production. The individual will collaborate with the Director of Architectural Quality to define corporate standards, provide QA/QC project support, and implement coaching and mentoring efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Architectural Quality:

• Collaborate within the team to define optimal standards for architectural drawings, specifications, and production tools.

Architectural Specialization:

Carry a specialization and relevant certifications in one of the following areas:

• Building Envelope + Structural Coordination
• Product Knowledge + Architectural Specifications
• Revit / BIM
• Sustainability / Energy Modeling / Resilience
• Code + Life Safety
• Other focus areas as directed by the Director of Architectural Quality.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control:

• Collaborate within the Architectural Quality team to ensure projects meet technical quality standards aligned with the firm's guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial architecture with in-depth knowledge.
• Solid understanding of technical architectural design and production methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more architectural specializations.
• Proven ability to champion and implement quality standards within project teams.
