    Job Title: Business Analyst


    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will play a critical role in understanding and translating business needs into effective technology solutions for our e-commerce platform and the Customer Data Platform (CDP). The primary focus will be on gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our Audience Strategy and Segmentation initiatives, as well as the optimal use of customer data for personalization. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for optimizing e-commerce operations through CDP while leveraging customer insights.


    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with different stakeholders, including email marketing, media, e-commerce, and call center teams to understand business goals, challenges, and requirements related to the design of key segments within the CDP, ultimately supporting the personalization of cross-channel marketing efforts.
    • Analyze and document business requirements in a clear and concise manner.
    • Prepare comprehensive documentation around business and functional requirements, as well as on inventory, and model cataloguing to communicate with internal CDP users.
    • Review incoming business requests for audience segmentation and schedule discovery sessions with the Audience Strategy team.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize CDP processes, such as order management, change management, inventory control, fulfillment, and customer service, to enhance overall efficiency and customer experience.
    • Collaborate with CDP users to improve the usability and user experience of business stakeholders requesting CDP segmentation builds.
    • Run implementation validation, guaranteeing that built CDP segments meet both business requirements and functional specifications, in addition to ensuring that the business has the proper documentation to successfully continue with the next step of building personalized customer experiences within Adobe Target using the new CDP segments.
    • Work closely with CDP project manager in defining project scope, estimated timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, as well as advancements in CDP capabilities to provide innovative solutions and enhance the overall e-commerce and audience strategy.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the e-commerce domain, with a solid understanding of e-commerce processes and best practices.
    • Preferred familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and their role in leveraging customer insights for business growth.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Proficient in documentation, including creating BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and use cases.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS, analytics tools, and other relevant software applications.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a passion for e-commerce and delivering exceptional user experiences.
