As a Requirements Analyst at Royal Caribbean, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cruise vacations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring that our technology solutions are aligned with the needs and expectations of our guests and the industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

\- Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.

\- Translate business needs into clear and concise functional requirements, ensuring they align with Royal Caribbean's strategic goals.

\- Analyze and prioritize requirements, helping to define the scope of projects and initiatives.

\- Create comprehensive requirement documents, use cases, and process flows that serve as a blueprint for development and testing teams.

\- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development teams, ensuring a common understanding of requirements.

\- Assist in the development of test cases and participate in testing to ensure that requirements are met.

\- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

**Qualifications:**

\- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

\- Proven experience as a Requirements Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.

\- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

\- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

\- Proficiency in requirement gathering and analysis techniques.

\- Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.

\- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

\- Cruise industry experience is a plus but not required.
