    Primary Function:

    Our company currently seeks a talented, highly motivated Logistics Sales Representative to join our team. Candidates must be versed in this industry and possess excellent sales skills with a follow-through attitude on all pending projects.

    The candidate will prospect importers across the US via email outreach, text messages, and phone calls. We have an in-house database with potential prospects that our reps will be working off. The ideal candidate should be able to focus on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and market knowledge/ experience in Freight Forwarding Industry. This position requires an energetic, personally motivated and results driven professional. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills. This is a very exciting opportunity for the individual that has a go-getter attitude and seeking to excel within a great company. This is a salary + Comm position with unlimited potential.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Possess a strong ability to build and maintain strategic relationships through professional outreach and prospecting
    • Ability to obtain new business for growth
    • Work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, strategic sales environment
    • Contract negotiation and signing
    • Work with the Customer during the organization of transportation process as the main point of contact.
    • Making quotes under all the requests
    • Develop and effectively manage pipeline for quarterly business and reviews

     

    Desired Skills and Experiences:

    • Skilled in prospecting and managing pipeline and business leads
    • Experience with sales in the logistics industry
    • Deep knowledge of the processes of the import/export industry
    • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work both individually and in a team
    • Ability to balance attention to detail and a quick execution time
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to perform under pressure, achieve deadlines, and drive results.
