• Compliance: Ensure that all architectural work complies with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design and architecture.
• Proven track record of managing architectural teams and delivering successful projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to clients and team members.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Atlanta, Georgia.
