Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Registered Architect
- 10+ Years of experience, with some multifamily experience
- Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager, specifically in multifamily projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction processes, and building codes.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
