    Job Description:

    As an Architect/Project Architect specializing in Residential, Education, and Community Projects, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating architectural design and development activities for projects related to educational institutions, community centers, churches, and religious facilities. You will work closely with clients, design teams, and construction partners to deliver high-quality and innovative design solutions. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

    You Have:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
    • 4+ years of relevant experience
    • Registered Architect preferred
    • Proficiency in relevant architectural software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
    • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
    • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
    • Effective communication and client management abilities.

    You Will:

    • Lead and manage architectural design projects from inception to completion.
    • Develop project strategies, budgets, and timelines.
    • Oversee and coordinate all project phases, ensuring design excellence and adherence to project goals.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
    • Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and vision.
    • Work closely with architectural teams to develop creative and functional design concepts.
    • Lead the production of detailed construction drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
    • Ensure that designs align with project objectives, budget constraints, and timelines.
    • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
    • Encourage professional development and growth within the team.
    • Uphold the highest standards of design and construction quality.
    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure designs are realized as intended.
    • Address any design or construction issues promptly and efficiently.
    • Bring specialized knowledge and expertise to residential, education, and community projects.
