We have partnered with an award-winning architecture firm with offices in New York and Philadelphia, which has supported its clients for nearly 70 years with innovative architecture, planning, and interior design services. They are looking for an experienced Architect or Interior Designer and leader to serve as Project Manager for their Commercial Interiors Practice based in their Philadelphia Office.

Seeking an experienced architect or interior designer and leader to serve as Project Manager for our Commercial Interiors Practice based in our Philadelphia Office. The Project Manager for Commercial Interiors should be an innovative and creative thinker who is able to lead a diverse team and build lasting relationships with clients in the commercial workplace.

You will:

• Manage the contractual and financial responsibilities of projects for commercial facilities
• Monitor the design process from the conceptual phase through construction
• Ensure the completion of projects within budget, on schedule, and meeting all program objectives
• Develop, forecast, and monitor project budget
• Build and manage successful project teams
• Serve as a primary resource to clients on all project-related issues
• Provide technical support and project communications to the team

You have:

• BS or MS in Architecture or Interior Design
• 8+ years experience in commercial interiors
• Experience managing projects over 200,000 S.F. for Fortune 500 Companies
• Experience managing workplace transformation strategy projects
• NCIDQ Certification and LEED Certification is a plus
• Ability to plan, organize, motivate, mentor, direct and evaluate the work of others
