    Job Title - Project Architect/Manager (2621)

    Location - Clarksville, TN

     

    This position requires an organized, creative, innovative, collaborative and forward-thinking individual who aims for the highest standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will be able to problem solve and design both as part of a collaborative team and independently. Candidates with at least 7 years of experience are most likely to be successful, however those with unique career experience or display clear potential for the role will be considered.

     

    You Have:

    • Professional Architecture degree; Bachelor or Master of Architecture.
    • 10+ years experience.
    • Relevant professional work experience in wood frame multifamily projects.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate and lead a diverse team.
    • Strong knowledge of Revit. 
    • LEED AP and/or WELL AP (preferred).
    • Experience in correctional facilities, institutional, courthouse, municipal, banks.

     

    You Will:

    • Consultant to develop documentation for coordination and construction.
    • Independently solve problems and apply basic principles of design.
    • Perform tasks with a high level of collaboration and sets an example for others to follow.
    • Contribute to our culture through participation in office activities, initiatives and learning programs.
    • Establish and pursue annual goals based on personal, professional and company growth in the industry.
    • Ensure project goals of design excellence, execution and sustainability.
    • Direct, supervise and mentor junior staff.
    • Project delivery:

    \- Support and lead team of Architects and Designers through the design process of small to mid-size projects

    \- Create complete and thorough set of design documents to meet project goals, milestones and schedules

    \- Lead detailed efforts for a complete set of construction documents and construction phase

    \- Lead design meetings, consultant meetings and project team meetings

    \- Coordinate project design schedules

    \- Resolve unusual or complex technical issues

    \- Research and lead code reviews and regulatory approval process

    \- Manage and coordinate QA/QC process and project specifications

    \- Identify and communicate deviations in project scope
