Your Role: Project Architect Extraordinaire

As a Project Architect at Niles Bolton Associates, you'll embark on an exciting journey that includes:

1\. Unleashing Your Design Genius

• Play a pivotal role in developing project designs that push the boundaries of creativity.
• Dive deep into research and implement building codes that reflect our commitment to excellence.
• Craft detailed construction documentation that sets the gold standard in the industry.

2\. Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

• Collaborate closely with a talented project team, including engineers and other experts.
• Ensure that construction documents flawlessly translate the design intent into reality.
• Attend engaging meetings with the project team, consultants, and clients to cultivate innovative ideas and bring designs to life.

3\. Building the Future, Onsite

• Get hands-on with construction administration by making site visits.
• Tackle technical challenges and provide guidance, ensuring the project stays on course.

4\. A Conductor of Collaboration

• Coordinate seamlessly with engineers, consultants, clients, contractors, and building officials.
• Work together to achieve overarching project objectives and create remarkable spaces.

What We're Looking For:

While a professional degree is certainly a plus, it's your passion and drive that matter most to us. We value experience, and 5-8 years in mixed-use, hospitality, or multi-family projects is desirable but not a deal-breaker.
