    Job Title: Lead Architect – AgeWave Solutions

    Qualifications and Skills

    Responsibilities include design, drawings and specifications production; programming; contract administration; client relations, and preparation of project scope and pricing proposals for a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects. Planning experience a plus.

    Qualified candidates should be licensed in the state of Florida, or licensable by reciprocity with another state that they are licensed in. Have a minimum of five years hands on work experience in architectural production and design. Strong knowledge of project design and documentation, as well as proven project management skills. AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop knowledge is desired, but we have a large design staff of designers and CAD techs to support the position.

    Candidate should have leadership qualities and be able to function at a high level in both solo and team environments. Candidate should be a highly motivated and detailed individual with experience working on multiple projects, strong client services skills, and ability to communicate with, coordinate and mentor to design team members at all levels and interface with administrative and business development staff.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Licensed professional architect.
    • Programming, concept plans and elevations capabilities for design development and CD’s.
    • Sketchup, AutoCAD, Revit and/or Photoshop experience a plus.
    • Ability to read & interpret construction plans and specs.
    • Prepare code analysis, drawings, specifications, design analysis and construction cost estimates.
    • Perform construction related services including shop drawing reviews, response to requests for information, periodic construction site observation, and occasional field designs.
    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers and contractors on design and construction of projects.
      • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills including interacting consistently with Project Management Software
      • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
    • 5+ years of architectural experience.

    Most important, you are responsible, eager to share knowledge and learn, and work equally well individually or on a team project. You have a sense of urgency and drive to succeed and can lead and mentor others.
