    Job Title: Architecture Design Director

     

    Location: Bellevue, WA

     

    Salary: Up to $155,000 per year, plus project-based bonuses up to $25,000 per project, annual year-end bonus, and company profit share.

    Seeking a dynamic and experienced Architecture Design Director to join our team in Bellevue, WA. As a leading real estate development firm specializing in multifamily housing, large commercial, and student housing projects, we are committed to creating innovative and sustainable spaces that enrich communities.

     

    The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience in architecture design, with a strong focus on design production using Revit. They should possess a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs for multifamily housing, large commercial, or student housing projects.

     

    Responsibilities:

    1\. Lead and manage the architecture design team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

    2\. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop design concepts that align with project goals and objectives.

    3\. Oversee the production of detailed design drawings and documentation using Revit software.

    4\. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

    5\. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architecture design, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into project workflows.

    6\. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements throughout the design process.

    7\. Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and solutions.

     

    Qualifications:

    1\. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

    2\. Minimum of eight years of experience in architecture design, with a focus on multifamily housing, large commercial, or student housing projects.

    3\. Proficiency in Revit software for design production is essential.

    4\. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    5\. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    6\. Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability principles.

    7\. LEED accreditation is a plus.
