Role Snapshot
This is a senior mechanical engineering role for someone who can design, lead, mentor, and problem-solve without needing guardrails.
You’ll work on mission-critical and highly technical projects, provide technical direction to teams, support client relationships, and take real ownership of project outcomes. This role sits just below (or at) the Engineer of Record level depending on licensure and experience.
If you like accountability, autonomy, and leading engineers through complex work, this role is built for that.
Position Overview

This role requires deep technical expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to lead both projects and people while coordinating closely with leadership and clients.
What You’ll Work On (Project Types)
You will support design and engineering delivery for projects such as:
Mission-critical facilities
Data centers / high reliability environments
Telecommunications infrastructure
Commercial and government buildings
New construction and complex retrofit projects
This is not “cookie cutter” HVAC work — these are environments where HVAC performance, reliability, and constructability are heavily scrutinized.
