Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)

About the Role
We’re seeking a Plumbing Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to lead the design of plumbing systems for commercial and institutional projects. This role offers flexibility for those who want to deepen their technical expertise or move toward project management.
What You’ll Do
Engineer complete plumbing systems, including domestic hot/cold water, sanitary waste & vent, natural gas, and fire sprinkler systems.
Take ownership of projects with minimal oversight—ensuring quality, compliance, and timely completion.
Review and approve design layouts and technical documentation.
Mentor junior designers and foster collaboration across disciplines.
Support project management, client coordination, and business development as needed.
Work on diverse project types such as:
Educational facilities (K-12 and higher education)
Commercial kitchens and offices
Laboratories and institutional buildings
(Bonus) Healthcare and high-rise developments
What You Bring
5–10 years of plumbing engineering experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (PE license strongly preferred).
Deep knowledge of plumbing and fire protection codes and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
