Salary Range: $105,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience and licensure)

About the RoleWe’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of K-12 educational architecture projects from concept through construction. This role is ideal for an experienced architect who thrives in a client-facing leadership position and is passionate about creating inspiring, functional learning environments.
You'll manage cross-functional teams, oversee budgets and schedules, and work closely with educators, administrators, and consultants to bring impactful educational spaces to life.
What You'll Be DoingManage multiple small to mid-size K-12 projects from start to finish
Lead project planning, design coordination, and construction administration
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams
Develop project schedules, budgets, proposals, and contracts
Mentor junior staff and help foster a collaborative studio culture
Ensure compliance with educational standards, building codes, and sustainability benchmarks
Professional degree in architecture (accredited)
8+ years of experience in architecture, with significant K-12 work
Licensed architect (preferred)
Proficient in Revit and project management tools
Knowledge of building codes, LEED/sustainability standards, and construction processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Work on meaningful, community-focused educational projects
