You’ll operate in an environment where accountability, communication, and proactive leadership are highly valued, with direct exposure to complex and high-impact projects across multiple market sectors.
The firm is known for combining technical rigor with a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. Engineers and project managers are trusted to take initiative, influence project direction, and contribute to long-term client relationships. With projects spanning mission critical, aviation, higher education, telecommunications, government, and large-scale commercial environments, this role offers significant exposure to technically demanding work and clear opportunities for professional advancement.

- Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, architectural, civil, and technology disciplines
- Oversee construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, site visits, and field coordination
- Review project documentation, drawings, and specifications to identify coordination issues, constructability concerns, and compliance gaps
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, applicable building codes, and engineering best practices
- Maintain and manage project documentation, meeting minutes, specifications, schedules, and project records
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, consultants, and ownership groups to maintain alignment throughout project execution
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements, efficiency gains, and enhanced project delivery processes
Additional Responsibilities – Project Manager II
- Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Mentor and support the growth of junior project managers and engineering staff
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding team members
- Lead larger and more technically complex projects, including projects with design fees exceeding $1 million
- Provide strategic oversight across multidisciplinary project teams and consultant coordination efforts
