A nationally recognized architecture firm is hiring a Project Manager to lead healthcare projects from planning through construction in its Orlando office. Key Responsibilities:
Manage healthcare architecture projects across all phases, from design development to construction closeout
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and internal design teams
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and work plans in coordination with firm leadership
Supervise internal and external project teams, including mentoring junior staff
Review documentation for accuracy, code compliance, and healthcare-specific standards
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication among stakeholders
Track financial performance and manage invoicing and profitability
Advocate for quality design and client satisfaction at every stage
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
At least 8 years of professional experience, including 5+ years managing healthcare architecture projects
Licensure preferred (or on track)
In-depth knowledge of healthcare design codes, standards, and regulations
Strong project management skills and client-facing communication ability
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Deltek or equivalent)
Skilled at balancing technical execution with design intent
Calm, confident leadership in high-stakes project environments
