    A nationally recognized architecture firm is hiring a Project Manager to lead healthcare projects from planning through construction in its Orlando office. This is a strategic, high-visibility position ideal for professionals with strong design sensibility, technical rigor, and a passion for healthcare environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage healthcare architecture projects across all phases, from design development to construction closeout

    • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and internal design teams

    • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and work plans in coordination with firm leadership

    • Supervise internal and external project teams, including mentoring junior staff

    • Review documentation for accuracy, code compliance, and healthcare-specific standards

    • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication among stakeholders

    • Track financial performance and manage invoicing and profitability

    • Advocate for quality design and client satisfaction at every stage

    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

    • At least 8 years of professional experience, including 5+ years managing healthcare architecture projects

    • Licensure preferred (or on track)

    • In-depth knowledge of healthcare design codes, standards, and regulations

    • Strong project management skills and client-facing communication ability

    • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Deltek or equivalent)

    • Skilled at balancing technical execution with design intent

    • Calm, confident leadership in high-stakes project environments
