Job Title: Senior Project Architect/Project Manager – Industrial & Healthcare Projects
Location: in office- charlotte
Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 base + benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a North Carolina Registered Architect (NCARB certification a plus) with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Industrial project types and some exposure to Healthcare design, with the capability to independently lead projects and manage small teams through all phases of design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee architectural projects from concept through construction administration

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget

• Mentor and manage small teams of junior architects and designers

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and regulations

• Develop design and construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp

• Manage client relationships and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect in North Carolina (required); NCARB Certification preferred

• 10+ years of architectural experience, including significant industrial project work

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp

• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes

• Proven ability to lead projects and manage small teams with minimal supervision

• Experience in healthcare design is a plus
