Total Compensation Package: $135,000 – $175,000+ (including benefits, bonuses, and relocation options)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer (PE) with deep expertise in multi-family buildings and multi-level structures to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and analysis of multi-family residential buildings and other complex structures.

• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and developers to create efficient, cost-effective designs.

• Apply expertise in post-tensioned concrete systems to optimize performance and durability.

• Incorporate seismic and wind design principles to ensure compliance and safety.

• Review, approve, and stamp structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.

• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers and design staff.

• Oversee quality control and participate in project delivery from design through construction administration.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architectural Engineering.

• License: Active Professional Engineering (PE) license required.

• Experience: 5–20 years of structural engineering experience, with emphasis on multi-family housing and apartment buildings.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Structural steel, wood-framed construction, elevated slabs, and post-tensioned concrete.

  • Seismic and wind design in high-load regions.

  • Foundation design for expansive soils.

  • Familiarity with current codes, standards, and industry software.

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
