    Job Description This internship is for you if you’re interested in learning from top people talent at a global, enterprise organization. You will have the opportunity to learn about real business projects from both corporate and restaurant level. There are many groups you could be a part of – like Talent Attraction, Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, or Employee Communications. We are looking for the best rising seniors to join us this summer who will bring an interest in learning and hard work to McDonald’s!

    Why We’ll Hire You

    You are a strong candidate if:

    • You’re a Junior working towards your Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date in Fall 2021 or Spring 2022
    • Preferred majors include: Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, and other human resources related degrees
    • Have a college GPA of at least 3.0
    • You have a passion for human resources
    • Can work Monday-Friday all 10 weeks of the internship (June 1, 2020-August 7, 2020)
    • Have communication skills that are strong and adapt based on your audience
    • Have the quantitative ability to calculate, interpret, and take action upon data
    • Organizational involvement or experience related to human resources, people management, diversity & inclusion, or leadership
    • You’re committed to a culture of inclusiveness
    • You want to impact the modern era of McDonald’s

After initial training, you’ll dive in with your full-time team to learn the business, meet leaders within the organization, and seek projects that will leave a lasting impact.
