• Experience job shadow opportunities with Technical Designers, Product Engineers, Target Sourcing Services, Merchandising, and Quality Assurance
• Assist in creating product standards and specifications, researching competitive benchmarks to understand brand and quality differences, and assist Technical Designers and Product Engineers in making recommendations to designers and buyers on product functionality & quality
• Contribute to the product development process
• Obtain hands on experience in a corporate environment
• Apply your skills to help create better products for our guests

Requirements

• Current student working towards a Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree (3.0 GPA or above)
• Basic understanding of product engineering
• Demonstrated leadership and decision making ability
• Experience with relevant computer applications a plus: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Solid Works, In-Design (remove Karat CAD or U4ia)
• Accuracy and attention to detail
