Essential Functions & Responsibilities * Scan and attach documents in QuickBooks * Enter sales orders in QuickBooks * Reconciliation of accounts and data * Excel analysis and reconciliations * Assist with month-end financial reports * Assist in the preparation of internal reports * Work with the Finance team on yearly forecasting efforts * Other duties as assigned by the Controller Requirements * Undergraduate majoring in Accounting, Finance or related field * Proficient in MS Office strong Excel skills is a must
