JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supply Chain Distribution supports our global logistics network to efficiently deliver products for our brands. Supporting areas include international transportation and operations, global trade compliance, supply chain strategy and coordination, e-commerce operations, global procurement and positions driving success within our world-class distribution centers. Our Supply Chain team synchronizes supply and demand, while measuring global business performance.
The Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting operations and relationships within our global third-party managed distribution centers, with a direct focus on our evolving N. America network. Responsibilities include communicating daily priorities, monitoring department SPAs, managing inventory between the 3PL and Abercrombie, communicating items to 3PLs in correspondence with the management team.
This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Inbound and demand planning for Digital and Omni networks
Modification/Value added services process management
Save daily/weekly/monthly 3PL reporting
Update departmental SOPs & SPAs
Internal reporting updates & communication
Operational research
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
Ability to quickly identify trends and outliers while reviewing data
Team Up in a collaborative manner to quickly problem solve unexpected issues
Strong technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programs
Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers
Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
Excitement, energy, and the willingness play a variety of roles while receiving the opportunity grow and develop individually
Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
