JOB PURPOSE:
The Accounts Payable Assistant is responsible for tracking and paying all received invoices and statements. This position is a key contact point for our store managers and outside vendors to ensure all bills are being paid accurately.
DUTIES:
Build good relationships with NAPA employees and outside vendors
Balance and reconcile statements
Pay all bills on time.
Assist stores with questions and problem solving.
Keep organized records

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in accounts payable.
GED preferred.
High attention to detail
Trustworthy with confidential information
Works well with others.
