KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: § Provide basic technical support service and assist the team in handling customer requests. § Provide IT equipment, digital media and A/V support needs and escalate as needed. § Learn and follow the standards and the corresponding documentation. § Complete inventory, asset tagging, and basic tasks associated to managing end user equipment. § Resolving customer issues / tickets; working with IT customers to deliver IT Services (AV, IT Support, room configuration, basic office tasks, preparing orders, imaging and wiping laptops, triage, etc.) Basic Qualifications § 1-3+ Years of hands-on experience across a wide range of IT technologies. § Some experience in Windows, Linux, or Macintosh operating systems. § Ability to identify and find a resolution for hardware issues on laptop and desktop hardware. Including hard drive, memory, motherboard, power supply and other hardware issues. § Basic networking knowledge, including LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, TCP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSH, TFTP, and other core internet technologies and services including VPN and Firewalls. § Familiarity with Telecom technologies such as VOIP / SIP and mobile technologies. § Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability. § Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and customer needs while maintaining a high level of discipline, flexibility, and professionalism. § Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels and (both technical and non-technical) in different situations.
