    THE ROLE:

    Part of our team, you will contact businesses and set qualified appointments for our field representatives, so they may present our payroll service to potential clients.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Place outbound calls (cold calls) to businesses and set appointments for District Managers.
    • Correspond with District Manager about upcoming appointments.
    • Achieve qualified appointment & revenue goals.
    • Manage & maintain all activity in Salesforce.
    • Effectively communicate daily progress and concerns of potential and existing customers to Sales Development Manager.
    • Qualify and educate prospects about BenefitMall solutions based upon their needs to include working multiple sales prospects at one time and addressing multiple prospects within the same day.

     

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma required.
    • Ability to learn technical applications and systems (e.g. Sales Force, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Office) at an intermediate level as needed.
    • Salesforce experience a plus.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
