    THE ROLE:

    As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients and then qualifying and educating them on insurance solutions.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prospects and develops new business opportunities in an openly competitive team sales environment
    • Qualifies and educates prospects about BenefitMall solutions based upon their needs – including being able to work multiple sales prospects at one time and being able to address multiple prospects within the same day
    • Demonstrates defined solutions to potential customers and effectively explains the solutions to them – this includes being able to document and report these activities back to BenefitMall, using any internal database used by BenefitMall
    • Organizes and executes all contracts/paperwork needed by Implementation team for a new customer set-up including updating any internal database affected by the sale of this customer
    • Communicates the progress and/or concerns of potential and existing customers to the Sales Team on a weekly and/or daily basis
    • Openly communicates concerns and questions to the Sales Manager and VP of Sales upon request

     

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 3+ years of experience
    • Software applications and technical skills include Microsoft Office products, Adobe products, Internet Navigation and CRM systems
