Ready to apply? We currently have an opportunity for a Brand Presentation Coordinator Part Time - maurices to join our team located at our Corporate Office-maurices-Duluth, MN 55802. Position Overview: The Brand Presentation Coordinator is responsible for preparing samples (merchandise and marketing) for mock store installation, partnering to set the mock store and to assess photo shoot needs for the Plan-O-Gram (store floor set) document and other visually related materials. This position is also responsible for photography and all other production needs as it relates to the Plan-O-Gram and mock shop software. Performance Requirements Plan-O-Gram Communication and Production * Responsible for the photography in the mock store including any additional photography needs as it relates to the Styleshoots camera * Updates accuracy of Standard Operating Procedures for Plan-O-Gram production * Ensures accuracy of document posted on intranet, that they are correct and current * Manages the production pipeline/timeline from mock store set through office services Visual Direction * Responsible for the layout of all promotional, window, test and all other related visual direction * Plan-O-Gram Coordination and Installation * Coordinates samples with the Merchandise Support Administrators for the monthly Plan-O-Gram sets to ensure accuracy and readiness for Plan-O-Gram mock store set * Creates shot list for Plan-O-Gram photos during the mock store set to ensure all needs are met from both a Plan-O-Gram direction and in-store associate training standpoint * Transcribes style numbers for use in the Plan-O-Gram * Manages the production pipeline/timeline from mock store set through office services Work Experience and Education Requirements Education: * 2 or 4 year Degree or experience in a related field preferred, some college acceptable (Graphic Design, Studio Art) Experience: * 1-3 years of visual merchandising store experience in store and/or corporate office Skills: * MAC based knowledge in the following software: Adobe suite and Microsoft Office suite * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong process and organizational ability * Creative problem-solver * Willingness to work a part-time schedule (15-20 hours/week, flexibility on days) #LI-SG1 Location: Corporate Office-maurices-Duluth, MN 55802 Position Type: Regular/Part time Equal Employment Opportunity The Company is committed to hiring and developing the most qualified people at all levels.
