Job Description
Red Wing Shoe Company is looking for an HR Coordinator to support our manufacturing and warehouse facilities. The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to one or more functions including benefits, payroll, and HRIS. Performs a variety of day-to-day HR data-entry tasks ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data. Handles problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interprets guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices related to payroll and benefits. Partners with the larger HR team on various HR projects.
