    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Digital Engagement Operations Pod is dedicated to the operational excellence, daily production and deployment, and capability ownership of our marketing digital engagement channels. Members of this pod partner daily with marketing strategy and creative teams to produce, QA, and deploy campaigns across three critical platforms for email, push, and social media. In addition to daily collaboration, members of this pod partner across marketing, creative, and technology functions (and external partners) on the growth of our channel capabilities including special projects, data integrations, and testing. This team is passionate about operational efficiency, maximizing our channel capabilities, and accurately deploying each marketing campaign across email, push and social.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Partnering daily with marketing teams to schedule, produce, QA, and deploy email campaigns
    • Partnering daily with marketing teams to schedule posts, QA content and captions, and manage deployment of social media
    • Partnering daily with marketing teams to schedule notifications, QA content, and manage deployment of push campaigns
    • Managing automated lifecycle and trigger programs across email and push
    • Collaborating across marketing, creative, and technology functions to deliver marketing campaigns
    • Partnering with fellow members of the pod to identify best practices, optimize ways of working, and maximize the use of our digital marketing channel capabilities
    • Bringing exceptional attention to detail and passion for enabling marketing campaigns with an eye for continuous optimization and relentless operational efficiency
  • Qualifications

    WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING?

    • A Bachelor's degree
    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing operations with strong project management skills and direct experience enabling marketing campaigns through digital products, platforms and related capabilities
    • Experience managing relationships with external technology partners responsible for business-critical daily delivery
    • Experience partnering with marketing and creative teams to operationalize marketing plans and produce, QA and deploy marketing across digital products and platforms
    • Experience in digital product management or ownership of key marketing capabilities with experience in digital engagement channels preferred
    • Experience partnering with CSS developers, producing digital content, and leveraging reusable content components / design systems
    • A passion for the customer, their relationship(s) with our brands, and how digital marketing capabilities enable the customer experience vision our brands aim to deliver on a daily basis
