    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Our Marketing team has the essential responsibility of connecting our customers with our dynamic and ever-evolving brands. Their ownership of immersive campaigns through in-store, digital, social, influencers, event marketing and PR channels brings our brands' vision to the world. This diverse and collaborative team of creative, strategic, and curious individuals are constantly looking for new ways to learn about our consumer and push the envelope in our efforts to reach them.

    The Brand Marketing Assistant/Associate is responsible for supporting & executing Hollister brand campaign strategies that connect with the customer and deliver upon our brand purpose to create customer trust & loyalty. This person is accountable for the execution of campaign strategies & activations that ensure brand's success metrics are achieved or exceeded.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Reports to the Manager of Hollister Brand Marketing Strategy
    • Responsible for developing and executing campaign strategies & activations as ideated in campaign development processes in partnership with Brand Marketing Strategy Analyst
    • Understands youth culture & the drivers (sports & esports/gaming, streetwear & drops, music, activism & social media) and constantly re-evaluates the customer mindset to solidify campaign strategy
    • Works to discover trends & emerging ideas to develop new and unique ways to authentically get in front of core demographic, global high school teen, through activations and partnerships (including but not limited to GLSEN & The Academy Group)
    • Develops campaign strategy & activation briefs that serve as the key document for cross-functional alignment
    • Responsible for messaging strategy against each program that is designed to drive program success metrics, and can be leveraged by all marketing channels to bring to life
    • Collaborates heavily with multiple cross-functional partners throughout the business including legal, merchandising, marketing operations, marketing creative, external partners and outside vendors
    • Partners with product teams to deliver a premium product experience for activations & partnerships to ensures activation aligns with product and messaging calendars
    • Works to develop more robust processes around activations & event execution and timelines, ensuring all teams have enough time to complete various parts of the event
    • Continually evaluates processes and ways to find efficiency across the workstreams
    • Key partners include: Marketing Operations, Marketing Creative, Merchandising, Operations, Data & Analytics, Research & Insights, Public Relations
    • Supports the execution of Gilly Hicks & Social Tourist campaign strategies & activations when needed.
  • Qualifications

    WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING?

    • At least 2 years' experience in brand strategy and activation space
    • Ability to handle competing priorities and multiple projects
    • Demonstrated ability to team up with multiple cross-functional groups
    • History working through planning events and activations
    • Prior management of vendor partners
    • Agency experience considered
    • Bachelors Degree required
