    JOB DESCRIPTION

    This position supports stores by effectively supervising the store supplies program, finding opportunities to gain efficiencies, and analyzing opportunities for investments that best support stores. Primary responsibilities include managing store and DM orders, completing supply pushes, analyzing supply usage and buys, and supporting new store activity. Additionally, this position partners with Home Office teams and the Stores Group to best support their store supply needs.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Review and manage store and DM supply orders
    • Support stores and DMs with any website or ordering issues
    • Analyze weekly packaging needs by store
    • Complete weekly supply buys and direct transfers
    • Special ad-hoc store analysis
    • Investigate and explain budget variances
    • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on analysis and insight
    • Develop strong working relationships with 3rd party vendors supporting our store supplies program
    • Develop strong working relationships with the Stores Team, especially the DM group, to support stores
    • Develop strong working relationships within the Home Office to ensure collaborative efforts
  • Qualifications

    WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING?

    • A Bachelor's degree
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Excel
    • Organized and detail-oriented
    • Ability to document ideas, workflow, and issue resolution
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Commitment to supporting customer service
    • Prior retail experience is preferred
