    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Store Operations team is the Global Home Office (GHO) support for store associates and communications in Abercrombie & Fitch, abercrombie kids, Hollister, and Gilly Hicks stores worldwide. The Process, Supplies, and Omni Services team supports existing store processes in each of those areas of operations, while also iterating and creating new processes, tools, and reporting to continuously best support stores. The team interacts with multiple GHO departments and partners, representing the interests of stores globally.

    The Associate Analyst, Store Operations Omni Services is responsible for supporting omnichannel initiatives in stores worldwide. This role is the first point of contact for stores on all things omnichannel, supporting stores through reporting analytics and performance, communication of updates or rollouts, and investigation of system issues. This position maintains cross-functional partnerships on development and testing of new omnichannel initiatives while supporting training and communication on these projects. This position also partners with CFPs to drive the most value from each omnichannel program.   WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Participate in cross-functional capital projects, including definition of technical requirements and pre-deployment testing

    • Design post-deployment training programs on new initiatives and capital projects

    • Lead training for field management teams and cross-functional business partners

    • Build post-deployment analytics on new initiatives and capital projects

    • Maintain existing reporting for omnichannel capabilities and Voice of Customer feedback

    • Build ad-hoc analyses to support Stores leadership as needed

    • Build and manage budgeting, projection, and labor allocation for store omnichannel tasks; including peak planning to maximize store preparedness while meeting varied requests in a changing environment

    • Play a role in maintaining multi-year omnichannel roadmap, including development of new ideas

    • Gather feedback from store associates on gaps in omnichannel capabilities

    • Develop working knowledge of emerging trends in retail industry

    • Be an advocate for stores management with cross-functional partners at Global Home Office

    WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

    • Bachelor’s degree or related experience

    • 2-4 years’ experience in Store Ops or a related field

    • 1+ years’ experience in retail customer service, sales, or management preferred

    • High attention to detail

    • Ability to generate new ideas and create solutions with the future in mind

    • Ability to listen to customers, both internal and external, and apply insight

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to escalate issues

    • Knowledge of data analysis techniques and strong analytical mindset

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel

    • Knowledge of Oracle BI and Tableau preferred

    • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign preferred
