    JOB DESCRIPTION

    As an Internal Auditor you are a problem solver who fosters cross-functional relationships to buildconsensus and drive positive change. The Internal Auditor should possess strong communication and project management skills as responsibilities include executing the department’s annual Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts in addition to various financial operational and compliance audits conducted throughout the year. Internal Audit associates are a valued resource within the organization and have the ability to transition into Accounting Finance or Operational roles.We are looking for a naturally curious self-starter with strong critical thinking skills who successfully demonstrates flexibility and agility in a fast-paced and dynamic digitally led environment.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Execute SOX walkthroughs testing and deficiency evaluation including effective collaboration with internal team external audit and Controller’s organization
    • Support operational audits including financial and compliance audits
    • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify and document risks and design audit programs for processes not previously audited
    • Identify gaps and opportunities clearly articulate potential impact and root cause analysis and partner with the business to develop action plans
    • Leverage data analytics to support the audit process (planning fieldwork and reporting)

    WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING?

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration accounting finance or other professional business field
    • 2+ years of experience preferably with operational audit and SOX experience in retail
    • Strong planning project management and analytical skills
    • Excellent leadership communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to maintain a positive attitude embrace change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with data analysis; use of excel and/or proficiency in PowerBI Tableau or Alteryx is a plus
    • Professional certification or working towards one (CIA or CPA preferred)
