The Finance department analyses, plans, organizes, audits, and accounts for the companys finances. The finance department performs month end, period end, and year end closings, and generates financial reports that are key in driving decisions for AutoZone. - Store Development - The Store Development department of AutoZone works to support AutoZones key priorities by managing all aspects of the store building process. This includes all land/building acquisition, due diligence, construction, store relo/ remodels, hub construction/expansion and property management. AutoZone Store Development opens 150 new stores a year along with any needed store relo/remodels in support of the company goals. - Legal - The AutoZone Legal team ensures the company and AutoZoners operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and adhere to the highest ethical standards of corporate governance. The team is a strategic business partner providing high quality legal advice in support of the companys business goals and key priorities. The Legal team also supports AutoZones internal communications, government and community relations efforts. - Supply Chain - Ever wonder how product gets to a store? You could be a part of the team that makes it happen. Supply Chain is the highway our merchandise travels between the vendors and our stores. - e-Commerce - Online sales - Store Operations - Store sales - Commercial - The Commercial Department within the AutoZone Store Support Center provides overall analysis and product management to include pricing, merchandising and marketing in order to support our Field Sales Force with servicing our Installer Customers. - Information Technology - Technical systems - Marketing - Product promotion/advertising - Merchandising - Before parts and products ever make it to our shelves, the Merchandising department is identifying vendors, negotiating contracts, reviewing the parts and products available, assessing the quality, price points and vendors ability to produce and deliver these products. The team is strategic with their product categories and delivers the best merchandise at the right price.
