Job Description
** Summary:**
The BMW Genius serves as the technology expert, supporting the sales team and delivering an informative, world-class experience while ensuring every customer is completely comfortable with their new BMW during the final delivery.
** Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Execute a seamless and informative new vehicle delivery process for all customers.
- Demonstrate and explain all vehicle technology and features, such as connectivity and navigation.
- Serve as the dealership's primary non-selling product expert for all BMW models.
- Answer technical and feature-related customer questions in-person, by phone, or via email.
- Conduct proactive Encore follow-up sessions with new owners to provide ongoing support.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of all current and upcoming BMW models, features, and updates.
- Actively promote and assist customers with setting up the official My BMW mobile applications.
- Assist the Sales team by providing product and feature information during customer test drives.
- Use the dealership's CRM system to log all customer interactions and schedule appointments.
- Help train and educate coworkers on how to effectively demonstrate BMW technology.
