The CLUB Card Product Services Analyst II is responsible for execution and review of operational processes through data analysis, evaluations of system functionality, and validation. Performs research and resolution of complex issues and processes to develop solutions that support business objectives. Develops and runs query methodology for use in control processing and validation. Requirement to access the 16 digit account number. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (In order of significance, list the job duties and responsibilities). Responsible for performing regular system changes and moderately complex system changes in relations to area of responsibility (promotions, inventories, etc.). Assists with reviews of regular system changes. Assists in identifying and/or researching new functionality in various systems (FD, zOriginate/zAquire, Instant Issuance, etc.). % of Time 20 Executes moderately complex processes of the operations department in relations to area of responsibility (promotions, inventories, issues, etc.). Performs research and resolution of issues as assigned ensuring resolution is timely. Develops and runs query methodology for use in control processing, validation, testing and issue resolution. Initiates ideas to improve processes and identify opportunities for efficiencies. 40 Assists with project tasks as assigned by management. Handles up to ten projects with at least two of the projects being reasonably complex. 15 Assists with updates of processes and procedures, First Data system documentation and performs job duties in compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory guidelines. Assists in creating and implementing controls over business and system processes. 10 Performs testing and validation for existing and new processes and systems. Reviews upcoming system changes to effectively update or create new test scripts.
