The DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST enters and updates information into internal databases and computer systems maintain an accurate record of product data information and ensure data standards and procedures as a member of our Data Management team at our corporate office.

Located on-site at the Batteries Plus Bulbs corporate office and national headquarters in Hartland, WI, the ideal DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least three months of office-related work experience, and be comfortable with repetitive typing and data entry. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data Entry - Manually type and enter data into internal databases
• Input text and numerical information into systems within time limits
• Review data for errors
• Accurately enter alphanumeric product data such as UPC codes, item and vendor numbers, product numbers, product descriptions, and other data in our product data management systems
• Run and pull weekly reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 months of office or administrative experience preferred
• Quick and accurate 10-key and typing speed
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to learn new processes quickly
• Ability to work with confidential data
