Position Summary

The Technician performs service and installation activities associated with Big O automotive maintenance and tire services. We are seeking an experienced technician who can properly diagnose and repair both foreign and domestic vehicles.

Responsibilities

Follow Big O Service Standards procedures

Mount, dismount, balance, repair and inspection on tires

Use prvided materials for tire roatations and installations

Alignment check and services

Drain oil and replace filter

Check and fill various fluids

Check and replace various vehicle filters

Lubricate vehicle

Perform safety check on all vehicles

Installing and checking batteries

Providing own basic tools

Maintain good attitude

Keep a clean work space

Skills & Qualifications

ASE certified preferred but not required

Self-motivated

Hands-on skills in making repairs

Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance protocols.

Diagnostic ability whether it be manually or with computerized diagnostic tools

Valid driver’s license to properly road test vehicle to ensure work is successful
