Job Description

The Body Shop Manager runs an efficient and profitable collision repair department through productive staffing, associate retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all work performed records. Ensures that staff assigned to the collision department is working in a safe, efficient and productive manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend trade walks daily
• Schedule all internal collision work
• Direct and dispatch technicians and/or detailers specified RO’s
• Create and maintain schedule for collision technicians and other associates
• Monitors daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records
• Facilitate Writing and Booking all Used Car RO’s
• Facilitate Ordering Parts and Billing out Parts for Used Vehicles
• Facilitate sending out sublets, keeping day to day track of their progress
• Properly posting all sublets to appropriate RO

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
• All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
