Responsibilities:
Represent Bulletin as a brand to visitors, customers, and potential business partners; Professionally yet spiritedly speak to Bulletin’s concept and the storyline of our curated brands; properly direct all business and press inquiries to corporate contacts.
Manage and maintain all retail space operations; responsible for ordering necessary stores supplies and staying on top of replenishment; ensure weekly maintenance procedures are optimized and shared with necessary associates, from Wifi access to the disposal of garbage and recycling.
Manage Brand Experience Leader scheduling for all Bulletin NYC stores to ensure all stores are covered during operating hours and any after-hours events; work with Director of Product & Store Experience on recruiting, interviewing and training all new hires.
Develop and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of brand and product portfolio, ranging from brand history to product manufacturing to retail pricing.
Seek opportunities to engage customers with Bulletin and our resident brands across all channels.
Diligently maintain inventory, both on and off the floor; ensure visual merchandising is impeccably maintained with a lush product representation.
Accurately process and track arriving, existing and departing inventory; work with Store Experience team to install and introduce new brand collections.
Accurately process sales during assigned in-store hours; stay informed of sales strategy and make creative recommendations.
Oversee brand experience events to ensure there is a good balance of social engagement, brand education, and sales generation while safeguarding best business practices and the Bulletin event contractual agreement.
Lead portion of the weekly retail call with corporate team to report on any upcoming events, news or concerns.
Proactively gather feedback and information for weekly brand productivity reports; Make innovative and intelligent suggestions to help brands achieve business goals.
Properly open and close retail space location as well as be accountable for store experience during assigned hours.
Collaborate with Store Experience team to improve and evolve brand experience strategy - Speak up and share your ideas!
Requirements:
Customer service or sales experience required.
Understanding of retail operations preferred.
Demonstrate dependability, responsibility, integrity, accountability and work ethic.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Impeccably organized with attention to detail and deadlines.
